We love seeing what our midwest nice artists are up to! We’re excited to share “playful intent”, a solo exhibition by Karen Lauseng ✨ karen was featured in our exhibition signal jammers.

Now on view through may 31, 2026, playful intent is an exhibition featuring art made from unexpected materials. This collection was created with the hope that the materials used would need a closer look to be recognized. The point of this work is to show that anything and everything can be used to create art, no matter one’s financial situation, there are numerous free materials and unlimited inexpensive options available.
